• “Business User” refers to users who register as service providers on Nexpat.
• “Content” refers to any text, images, videos, or information shared by users.
• “KYB” (Know Your Business) refers to the verification process required for business users.

2. Use of Nexpat Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Nexpat.
• You agree to use Nexpat only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and passwords.
• Nexpat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Business Users & Service Listings

• Business users must complete the KYB verification process to activate their services.
• Nexpat does not guarantee or endorse any business listed on the platform.
• Business users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their service listings.
• Nexpat may remove or suspend listings that violate policies or receive complaints.

4. eSIM Purchases & Connectivity

• Nexpat provides eSIM services through third-party providers.
• Users must ensure their devices are eSIM compatible before purchasing.
• eSIM activation and network coverage depend on third-party carriers and may vary by region.
• eSIM purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. AI Assistant & User Interactions

• The AI Assistant is designed to provide recommendations and general guidance.
• Users should not rely solely on AI responses for important legal, medical, or financial decisions.
• Nexpat is not responsible for incorrect or misleading information provided by AI.

6. User-Generated Content

• Users may share posts, reviews, travel memories, and service listings.
• You must ensure that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights.
• Nexpat reserves the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, or violates policies.
• By posting content, you grant Nexpat a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it within the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, or illegal content.
• Using Nexpat for fraudulent or unauthorized commercial activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others.
• Disrupting the platform’s security or functionality.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

• Nexpat Pro & Business packages are available on a monthly or yearly subscription.
• Subscription fees are charged automatically based on the selected billing cycle.
• Users can cancel subscriptions at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial usage.
• Nexpat reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Nexpat is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any service disruptions, errors, or damages resulting from third-party providers or business interactions.
• Users assume full responsibility for their interactions with businesses and service providers on Nexpat.

10. Termination & Account Suspension

• Nexpat may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Users can request account deletion through the app settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• Nexpat may update these terms to reflect new features, policies, or legal requirements.
• Continued use of Nexpat after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
